Imagine crystal singing bowls and gongs filling a space that feels like the beach. The heated floor is covered with sand pebbles and we provide your blanket!! Relax to a sound meditation that will lull you to the edge of sleep while you enjoy the health benefits of halo therapy.

Sound meditations at the salt cave are selling out quickly so register early! Sessions at 1pm and 3pm. Space is limited to 12 persons per session. If registration is full, we’ll put you on a waiting list and contact you if space becomes available.
