We believe that group drumming is a metaphor for life that can be used
to:
- reinforce positive, goal oriented life skills in youth who are troubled by their
home environment or social conditions
- challenge individuals to think creatively to achieve
- create team thinking and awareness
- empower
individuals with metaphors that relate to their personal life as well as life in the workplace
- teach responsibility and respect for self and others
- create
a safe space where individuals can experience a supportive learning environment
Professional Facilitation
Our drum circles are facilitated by Maureen 'Moe' Jerant who is a trained HealthRhythms facilitator and professional drummer. Moe will bring a drum circle to your location
and provide drums and percussion instruments for participants. All programs are designed with your specific goals in
mind.
