Sound baths in this stone church built in the 1800’s are AMAZING! The high ceiling in the sanctuary allow the crystal bowls and gongs to really sing. As you enter a state of deep listening you'll feel completely immersed in the vibration of the music. Relaxation follows.

For your comfort bring your own yoga mat, bolster, pillow and blanket. You’re also welcome to sit or lay in the pews or ask for a padded chair. Feel free to bring a comfortable light weight chair.
