Drumming and Sound Bath
RELEASE…..focused drumming to shake loose your tension is followed by a sound bath. A sound bath is a relaxation meditation followed by the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls and gongs. A total immersion in vibration that will transport you to deep relaxation.
