Samhain is a cross quarter day or the day between the autumnal equinox and winter solstice. As the year begins to wind down we gather to honor the end of the harvest season and our ancestors.

We’ll begin the evening by sharing some Samhain thoughts. A breath exercise and sound meditation will lead to the sound meditation and the opportunity journey within.
