Challenging times are the best times to take a moment and breathe for yourself. Join us for a Sound Meditation conducted by drummer, percussionist and sound worker, Moe Jerant. Experience the serenity of the sound of gongs and crystal singing bowls washing over you in a 60-minute meditation designed to ease your mind, open your heart, and relax your body and spirit.

Space is limited so register early.  For your comfort please bring yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and whatever else you need to relax you into deep meditation, prayer, journeying or the serene ambience of the moment.

 Start time 6:00 is pm. Please arrive early to get yourself placed and ready. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event, no one can be admitted after it begins.  Thank you for understanding.
